XR5 Turbo Kits:

Stage 1 - 195kw
Stage 1 for the 2.5 litre engine that powers the XR5 Turbo involves the SCT X3 Ford Flash device. The X3 allows Autotech to reprogram the factory ECU (computer), enabling higher power levels, combined with better driveability and fuel economy. The X3 can also store up to 3 different tunes for different applications or fuel types.

Stage 2 - 220kw
The Stage 2 Kit for the 2.5 litre engine that powers the XR5 Turbo includes the SCT X3 Ford Flash device and a high flow twin 2.5 inch stainless cat back exhaust system. This custom made exhaust frees up gas flow and a cold air intake is also added to ensure the engine has proper breathing capacity to maximise power.
Stage 3 - 240kw

The Stage 3 kit for the 2.5 litre engine in the XR5 Turbo includes the following components.

SCT Xcal 3Ford Flash Tuner
High flow 2.5 inch twin stainless exhaust system
High Flow Custom Intercooler
